PS Foam SheeT Extrusion Line adopts Gentian type Double Stage series high foamtechnology. The Raw Material is General Purpose Polystyrene Granule. In the extruding process,vesicant is injected at high pressure. After extruding, foaming,cooling,shapingand hauling off, it is winding to finished ps foam sheet rolls. After vacuum forming system, the finished PS Foam Sheet canbe made into variety of packing vessals such as fast food box, aquatic, plate plate,supermarket tray,cake tray, KT Board, instant noodle bowl, foam tray etc. It is widely used in packing of food, fruit,advertising, industrial products and so on. This equipmentadopts high speed non-stop hydraulic filter changer and PLC controller, it is easy for operation.

Component & Function

A. Mixer: It is the first start of the ps foam sheet extruder. Before material feeding to the extruder, it need to be mixed raw material GPPS Granules and Auxiliary Material such as talc powder, HIPS Granules and Color Additives, Brightener additives etc as you like. The mixer is fully automatic. You just need turn the switch to let all materials mix better.

B. Feeding Hopper: After mixing the materials, it will be sucked into the feeding hopper.

C.  NO. 1 Extruder: It is mainly for the granules material heating to be liquid.

D. Hydraulic Station Controlled Filter Changer: If you use the recycling material, there will be dirty things inside, filter changer can filter the impurity and then enter into the NO.2 Extruder.

E. NO.2 Extruder: It is for heating and cooling the liquid material so that it can extrude the ps roll as our need.

F. Shaping Drum & Air Ring: It is for air and water cooling and shaping the ps roll. Then it can be cut from the bottom or from two side to get the different size ps roll.

G. Hauling Off Unit: After shaping, the ps roll need to be hauling off and expand it better. There is alarm at this unit to count the meter, adjust the speed and also eliminate the static.

H. Rolling Unit. At last part, the roll will be winding and packing. The are two roller so that we can change one roll to another easily.

I. Temperature Cabinet: All heating zone temperature can be showed on the screen and we can set the adjusted temperature to get good ps roll.

J. Control Cabinet: It is mainly used to control the speed of extruder and butane gas pump. The speed can influence the capacity of the extruder.
